Through the active engagement of our people and our social responsibility strategy, we aim to make a meaningful difference for the benefit of communities – building a blueprint together for a better world.
Alongside social responsibility, we are committed to meeting the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) environmental targets, working toward a net-zero NHS by 2045. Our Carbon Reduction Plan reflects our commitment to sustainability by establishing both short and long-term carbon reduction targets and by sharing our sustainability goals and vision with our global supply chain partners ensures alignment and collaboration.

Our social responsibility activities
Together with our work to deliver true value to patients, healthcare professionals and health systems, we believe in giving back.
Charity of the year: Hospice UK
Since 2024, our teams have been participating in hospice-related volunteering and fundraising activities. Together, we have raised thousands of pounds to support Hospice UK’s mission – ensuring everyone affected by death, dying and grief gets the care and support they deserve.
Volunteering
Our employees use their CSR (corporate social responsibility) days to make a difference to the world around them. Activities include regular litter picks, providing free DIY and resource support for local charities and educational talks to boost career aspirations.
Fundraising
Raising money for good causes is a passion of ours and has seen our employees tackle a wide range of challenges and activities to help charities fund their amazing work.
